While we do not accept returns, we are happy to exchange any unworn product within 14 days of purchase.
We take pride in all of our products being high quality. If anything beyond your control (toddler didn't take scissors to it or feed it to the dog, etc.) has happened with the product, please reach out so we can make it right.
BandWagon Headbands is not responsible for replacing any product that is lost by USPS or stolen upon delivery. Please be sure the address you used is correct. All orders placed on our site are accompanied by an email confirmation including a tracking number. If we can assist you with any information to resolve the issue with USPS, please reach out within 48 hours of noticing any issue.
